ARK Supersprint - Saturday 25/5

In 2021 we launched the first ever individual Swimrun Supersprint. An extremely fast knock-out race to crown two Supersprint Champions.

EX24 Long - Sunday 26/5

A fast and cool 23km race with lots of swiming in and around beatiful Edsviken. Pursuit start 12.00-13.30. The course consists of approximately 5km swiming and 19km running. Quality assured by Envol Swimrun'.

EX24 Short - Sunday 26/5

A short and fast 14km race with a high degree of swiming and easy running. Start 12.00. The course consists of approximately 3km swiming and 11km running. EX24 Short is part of the Swedish sprint swimrun series.

Stockholms NEW Swimrun

EX Swimrun starts and finishes at Edsvik in Sollentuna, only 15 minutes from Stockholm City. EX Long and EX Short are both held on Sunday May 26th with expected first start at 12.00.

EX Long consists of 19km running on trail and gravel paths and 5km swimming with 19 swims from 90 to 950 meters. SWIFA: 21%

EX Short consists of 11.5km running and 2.9km swimming with 7 swims between 180 and 950 meters. SWIFA: 22%

Expected water temperature 15-17 degrees.

EX21

ARK SUpersprint

An extremely short course where the tempo will be brutal. The race will consist of several head-to-head elimination heats to crown the Supersprint Champions.

Half of the starting field will consist of invited elite. The other half will consist of participants that have secured a spot during the time trial session. So give it your all on the course and see if you have what it takes to be on the starting line of the ARK Supersprint.

We round off the season with an adventure for those of you who love Swimrun, but maybe not the racing atmosphere with a fixed course. Together with others in small groups of 6-8 people along with a local guide you will be supplied with a map with 40 Check Points. It's up to the group to collect as many points as possible during time limit.

Swimucupen

Organiser

Swimruncupen Stockholm organises a series of Swimrun competitions from May to September in and around Stockholm. Races for everyone from beginners trying Swimrun for the first time to experienced Swimrunners looking for perfect training session. Swimruncupen is also a forum for like minded to meet and share experiences.

Swimruncupen is run by Elisabet Pärsdotter Westman who has podium finishes in f.ex. Ö-till-Ö WC, Ö-till-Ö Scilly, Ö-till-Ö Utö, Ångaloppet, RockMan, LED etc.

Challengize is a partner and platform for proactive and inspiring digital health Challenges. A modern and global alternative to the traditional step challenge.

We also organise several other unique experience races like Sollentuna Summer Winter Marathon, RUNmaröloppen and SMIR (Stockholm Multi Island Run).

Challengize is developed by Nicholas Roman, an avid race organizer with a passion for Swimrun safari but also has merits from Ö-till-Ö WC, RockMan, Koster Swimrun, Amafibiemannen etc.

En ideel idrottsförening i Sollentuna som arrangerar swimrun- och löplopp med fokus på upplevelse och gemenskap. Edsbäckens IF är delarrangerar av EX Swimrun, Sollentuna Summer Winter Marathon och Spring för Livet med Sollentuna FK och är medlem i Korpen Svenska Motionsförbundet.
