It is our goal to offer all our participants a professional and awesome experience during EX Swimrun. As a part of that we have gathered all the questions we think you can have. We recommend that you read all of them before the race.

EX SWIMRUN SUPERSPRINT WC 30/8
We have set the date for the world’s shortest, fastest and most spectator-friendly Swimrun race out there. With a new setup for the EX Swimrun Edsviken races on Saturday 29 August and the EX Swimrun Supersprint on Sunday 30 August, we are aiming to create a Swimrun weekend to remember.
Therefore, we are also inviting everyone to our very own EX Swimrun After Work at Arena Edsvik on the Friday before the races, with drinks, music, Swimrun talk, good vibes and a proper build-up for the weekend.
The hunt for the fastest and most competitive racers has officially started, and we need your help. As always, the goal is to mix it up with Swimrunners, triathletes, runners, swimmers, orienteers and some young gun Wild Card athletes on the start line.

EX SWIMRUN RUNMARÖ 6/6
Join us for the premiere of the EX Swimrun Runmarö adventure on EX co-founder Nicholas’ island. After spending fifty years exploring this gem in the Stockholm Archipelago, we are pretty sure the course will be just as magical as it is warm.
With seven lakes on the island, we can guarantee much warmer swims than on Ötill Utö, and the focus of the day is to celebrate the sport, not to chase or stress over merit points. That is why we will include food and drinks at the local bistro Svängen, where Fredrik and Madde will welcome us with pizza and beer. The race fee is also kept to a minimum, about half the price of Utö, and even fifty percent lower if you are under eighteen. If we want young and new participants in Swimrun, we need to adapt more to them.

EX SWIMRUN PLAYITAS CAMP 16-23/3
We have secured four extra spots at the Swimrun camp at Playitas and we would love to fill them with you and your friends. The camp is held at the legendary Playitas training facility on Fuerteventura, Spain and we are hoping for warm and sunny weather.
Besides lots of Swimrun, we will be swimming, running, doing yoga, joining different Playitas sessions and even trying some wave surfing. This camp is just as much about having fun as it is about training hard. You join the sessions you want, whether that is all of them or just the ones you feel like.

We are working together with several other races to create a season highlight with no less than eight exceptional races in the Swimrun Sprint Cup family. For you, that means quality-assured organizations that strive to deliver professional races driven by a true passion for the sport.
Affordable sprint races between ten and fifteen kilometers, with a high SWIFA , where what happens before and after the race is just as important as who wins. Food, drinks, and celebrating with the Swimrun family. We do not have an elite program, for us every racer is just as important, and we hope you will join us for these one-of-a-kind races.
