EX RUNMARÖ SHORT
Course Description – EX Swimrun Runmarö offers a shorter route focused on easier running and warmer swims, combining scenic lakes with short sea swims. The distance is approximately 14K, with a SWIFA (Swimrun Intensity Factor) of around 10%, which varies depending on sea temperature.
Part 1 – Runmarö’s Lakes – The race begins with swims in the warm waters of Viträsket, Uppebyträsket, and Noreträsket before the course turns toward Solberga.
Part 2 – Sea Swims – The second part of the course includes five short, slightly cooler sea swims around Solberga, Vånö, Storholmen, and Halvan, followed by a final 3 km run back to Svängens Krog, where the finish line awaits.
